2025 is already big and busy and the demand for our services continues to grow. While we look forward to another year of care we know that we simply could not meet the need without the kindness and generosity of our Carevan Blacktown family—both near and far.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such strong support at Carevan Blacktown and extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you.
A special shoutout as we get well and truly stuck into 2025 to

• Our hardworking clothing team, who spend countless hours sorting through donations to have everything ready for Tuesday evenings.

• Our incredible kitchen team, who work tirelessly to prepare and serve enormous amounts of food and meals with love.

• Our fundraising team, who help secure every much-needed dollar and are busy coming up with ways to do this, like the ‘Cuppa & a Cake’ on 12th April.

• The Warehouse Tuesday team, who get our van and truck packed, unpacked, packed again and ready to roll.

• Our home deliverers and food collectors, coffee station aficionados, the bad joke tellers, BBQ masters, market-stallers, cake makers, truck drivers & loaders, washer-upperers – SO many tasks and roles and so many, many green angels who make sure everything runs smoothly each week.

Beyond our dedicated team of volunteers, we are supported by an incredibly generous broader community support – invaluable in its contribution and work ~ and we thank you ALL for it – We are ever moving and a great deal goes into the running of this charity machine, and we are reliant on each and every cog ⚙️

There are so many wonderful people and organisations involved with keeping our wheels turning and we thank you all !
