Street Side Medics join Carevan Blacktown Community evenings

Carevan Blacktown is proud to have Street Side Medics join us in our mission to care for the community. Together, we provide a compassionate and holistic service to our patrons, combining the warmth of a shared meal with access to professional, regular medical care.

Many of our patrons face social and financial challenges that make both good nutrition and healthcare difficult to access, and this collaboration helps bridge that gap.

The Street Side Medics team brings to our Tuesday evenings services kindness, expertise, and consistency, complementing the meals, connection, and support offered by Carevan Blacktown.

We were joined by Mayor Brad Bunting and Counsilor Julie Griffiths AM at the official launch on 30th September and the team showed the visitors around the van and then they joined us, as they often do, to talk with the community and join in our meal service

Together, we’re creating a stronger, healthier, and more inclusive community where everyone feels cared for and valued.
